1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Services Offered
Gridpay Technologies Private Limited provides software development, IT consulting, cloud solutions, mobile applications, websites, SaaS products, digital marketing, API integrations, and related technology services tailored for startups, SMEs, enterprises, and organizations.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: (a) Provide accurate and complete project requirements; (b) Make timely payments as per agreed schedules; (c) Review deliverables promptly; (d) Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: (a) Source code developed exclusively for a client becomes the client's property after full payment; (b) Proprietary frameworks, reusable libraries, tools, and internal utilities developed by Gridpay Technologies remain our intellectual property.
5. Payments, Security & Billing
Invoices and service packages must be paid according to agreed milestone schedules. All online payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant Bank Payment Gateways. Gridpay Technologies Private Limited does not store or process sensitive credit/debit card numbers or CVV on its servers.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of business information, proprietary technical data, trade secrets, and documentation shared during the course of project discussion and execution.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gridpay Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use our services or deliverables.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alwar, Rajasthan, India.
